maintenance, admin and cleaning industries.
We foster meaningful and strategic partnerships with regional businesses and organisations.
Since 2012, we have worked alongside more than 320 people facing barriers to employment.
13% of people employed have moved on to secure other employment.
RURAL BIN MAINTENANCE
We undertake the collection and disposal
of excess waste from rural bin sites located across the outlying townships of the Toowoomba region.

CAR WASHING & DETAILING
In partnership with the Department of Housing and Public Works and Carers Queensland, this social enterprise currently operates autonomously and supports one team member to wash and detail vehicles.
MAINTENANCE
SERVICES
Employees undertake maintenance tasks as an extension of our waste management contract. From collecting litter to slashing, mowing, whipper snipping and garden maintenance, they also support pest and weed management services.

GATEHOUSE
PROGRAM
Our people support the operation of waste management facilities across the Toowoomba region. In partnership with Toowoomba Regional Council (TRC), they oversee the gatehouse services to ratepayers. This includes customer service and domestic and commercial waste management advice.

TRASH &
TREASURE
Operating in partnership with TRC at selected waste management facilities, this social enterprise works to reduce landfill by providing a free outlet for residents to drop off goods suitable for resale. Items are processed and resold onsite for a small fee.

DISINFECTANT CLEANING SERVICES
Employees undertake professional disinfectant fogging cleaning utilising the dry mist disinfection system, Nocomax. Proven to efficiently kill viruses, bacteria, micro-organisms and pathogens on surfaces and in the air, giving a much safer environment to our clients, their business and your community.
